Returns Policy

• 3-Day Checking Warranty: Check and test your product within 3 days of receiving it. Report any eligible defect or issue within this period.

• Replacement: Defective/faulty products, incorrect items, or missing included accessories may qualify for a one-to-one replacement, subject to verification and availability.

• Opened/Used Products: Products may be opened and tested, but replacements are only provided for verified defects or other eligible issues.

• No Change-of-Mind Returns: We do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product.

• Warranty: Some products have a warranty period longer than 3 days. The applicable warranty is stated on the product page/order.

• Accessories: Cables, adapters, and cases are non-returnable.

• Delivery Damage: Damage during delivery must be reported as soon as possible and is handled through the delivery service provider.

• Refunds: We provide replacements only and do not offer monetary refunds for approved claims.

• Claims: Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number, name, phone number, and clear photos/videos of the issue. An unboxing video is not required.

Shipping

• Islandwide Delivery: Orders are handed over to our third-party delivery service for delivery across Sri Lanka.

• Delivery Time: Delivery generally takes 2–3 working days, but may take up to 5 working days depending on the location and delivery service.

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and handed over to the delivery service after confirmation.

• Cash on Delivery: COD is available for eligible orders.

• Delivery Delays: Delivery times may vary due to weekends, public holidays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Delivery Issues: Once an order has been handed over to the delivery service, delivery-related delays or issues are handled through the respective delivery provider. We will assist where necessary.
